From start to finish, the service was first class. The admin team were incredibly efficient, making the whole process seamless with easy booking and helpful reminders that kept everything on track.
Ben himself delivered outstanding dental care. I had an extraction, bone graft and a bridge built, and the quality of the work was exceptional. What really stood out was his consultative approach — he took the time to clearly explain all available options and potential outcomes, ensuring I felt fully informed and confident in the decisions being made.
Overall, a highly professional, well-run practice delivering top-quality dental work with excellent patient care.

I hadn't been to the dentist for quite a while, somewhere around 10 years, and wasn't overly comfortable about returning. Very glad I did though, no surprise I needed some work done- 2 fillings. I'm not very good with needles, but Shreena was fantastic, made me feel very comfortable and got the work done without any pain and great quality (can't even tell where the work was!) Sarah (Hygienist) as well was pain free and gave tips on how to improve brushing etc, so I'll make sure next time I'm an easier customer to deal with! Overall I shall be returning on a 6 month basis, I have learnt my lesson! Everyone there is very welcoming and I didn't have an worries by the end of my first appointment.

When my dentist retired I had decided to join Goldsworth Road Dental Center after reading reviews on Google.
I have always been very conscious of my smile so I was hoping I could find a dentist who will help me to achieve my vision before my wedding .I have been seen by Ben who walked me through the whole process about different types of veneers and what can be achieved. He was very thorough,
informative and reassuring, which made my process painless and smooth. Thanks to Ben, I can smile again and I most definitely will be smiling in my wedding pictures !
Everytime I went to the practice I was greeted by friendly receptionists and lovely dental nurse Maya. Truly wonderful team of professionals, thank you so much!

I couldn’t recommend the team at Goldsworth Road Dental enough.
They are consistently professional, friendly, and very accommodating with appointments.
I had Invisalign treatment, and I had put it off for years due to cost and concerns about the inconvenience of wearing trays, but it has genuinely been the best decision I’ve made. I absolutely love my results and felt fully supported by Ektaa and Maja throughout the entire process. I now actually look forward to going to the dentist, which is something I never thought I’d say.
I’ve included before and after photos with this review, although it was difficult to find any proper “before” pictures as I never used to smile with my teeth showing! It’s no surprise people tell me I smile a lot more now.
Overall, I’m really happy to be a patient at Goldsworth Road Dental — and I genuinely love my teeth!

I have just finished my course of invisalign with Ben Kemsley and am so pleased with the results.
Ben was excellent all the way through the process - from the initial consultation and explaining how everything would work and being very accurate with how long it would take, right the way through every follow-up and finishing off appointment.
He was very patient and went through everything, and made my teeth the envy of my friends and family! He also replaced the composite fillings on my front teeth at the end to match the finished whitened teeth, so everything looks perfect.
Would recommend invisalign (and Ben) to anyone considering straightening their teeth. Its remarkable how quickly they can be corrected, painlessly and virtually undetectable.
I also see the other dentists here for my regular checkups as well as the hygienists and all are excellent, friendly and professional.

I have been with GRD&I for a few years now and can honestly say they are the best dentists I have experienced in Woking. I came to them with some major issues which they have helped me work through to be in a much better place generally.
In particular Ektaa and Maja have been incredibly supportive, kind and professional during both routine dental health management and more complex treatment situations as they have occurred. They have also been great at accommodating any existing health issues I have.
All in all I would have no reservations in recommending them and the Goldsworth Road Dental & Implant Centre.

I can’t recommend Ben and the team highly enough! Their expertise and dedication are unmatched—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care. Even though the practice is a solid 40-minute drive from where I live, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s dental health. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable.
The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with a calming atmosphere that puts even the most nervous patients at ease. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines state-of-the-art facilities with such a personal, caring touch. Definitely worth the trip every time.

I am extremely pleased that I was recommended to see Dr Ben Kemsley at Goldsworth Road Dental in Woking following my breaking a tooth that supported a bridge near the front of my mouth. Ben saw me promptly and clearly explained the options available to me. He also immediately effected a sturdy temporary repair on the broken tooth and bridge ensuring that, throughout the course of treatment, I was not left with a gap. I opted for an implant replacement and must commend all at the practice for the care I received during my visits, and particularly Ben who carried out the work. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and thorough, explaining each step both before and during the procedure. I am extremely happy with the end result, thank you, Ben! I shall certainly visit Goldsworth Road Dental again (even though it necessitates a two hour round trip!) and I give them my highest recommendation.

A visit to the hygienist is no ones idea of a fun outing. I always feel like I'm going to be told off for not flossing every single day! Karen and Vicki put me at ease immediately and although I can remember what it was about, we even had a chuckle. Karen listened to my concerns about potential teeth and gum sensitivities before starting, and let me know what she was doing at every stage, continually checking I was ok. She gave me a couple of new tips on improving my dental hygiene regime and certainly didn't tell me off for not flossing every single day....

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment and I’m really happy with the results. The treatment took four months, exactly as I was told it would, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward.
Ben, who carried out my treatment, was excellent — professional, friendly and very clear in explaining everything along the way. I felt confident in the treatment from the start.
The whole team were lovely and the reception staff were always welcoming and helpful with appointments.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with my new dentist Ektaa Chopra ….. basically she was amazing - an old root canal tooth had cracked and had to be removed and she carried this out in an emergency lunchtime appt with such great care and ease and made me feel so relaxed I hardly knew she had removed it !
I actually couldn’t believe it was out - she is amazing I highly recommend her !
Thank you so much Ektaa… I went away on my holiday a few days later and had no problems what so ever with the gum area where it had been removed ! Massively thankful to you 😃

I used this practice as an emergency as had a very loose crown & a lot of pain. The receptionist spotted me outside as I misunderstood the parking sign & thought I needed to buy a ticket. She assured me I didn't need one, ushered me in & showed me to a seat. This was one in a group of many staff who behaved in such a professional, gentle, caring, non judgemental manner. Louise the dentist was incredibly gentle & kind. This was the first time I can say I've had a tooth extracted & not had an infection. Yay! I'd recommend this dental practice to everyone.

I had the Invisalign straightening and am very happy with the results. I completed the course without any problems, just as Ben explained in the initial consultation. I'm especially grateful that even though I had to travel overseas for an extended period during my one-year treatment, he adjusted the timing of my treatment steps and check-ups, allowing me to complete the treatment without any issues or delays. After a ‘ Waitrose’ moment - I broke my tooth on an olive stone ,I was forced to see a dentist.
I’m a baby, only go to the dentist in an emergency situation and loathe the whole process.
To begin with the receptionist Hayley couldn’t have been kinder or more professional (which always helps) and suggested a dentist whom she explained would understand my anxiety.
Fast forward two visits later and I’m a convert !
My dentist Joy ( and let me tell you he couldn’t have a more appropriate name ) simply was a joy as was his fabulous nurse Vicky.
It was the best dental experience I’ve had in years and I’m confident enough to go back.
I live between the States and U.K. and it’s the best dental experience I’ve had. Joy could teach the Americans a thing or two.
No ego ,no money making suggestions just excellent dentistry.
Highly recommend this surgery albeit too much beige on the walls !!! A little stark and cold but you can’t have it all and I’d give good dental surgery the win over ( in my opinion) dreary interiors. 😉

Amazing…..as ever! The staff are all so lovely and the care is top notch. I needed some root canal work unfortunately which I approached with some trepidation but Noman and his nurse were lovely, calm and reassuring and did an amazing job to the point that I could feel myself beginning to drift off and my eyes drooping despite Noman saying my case was “challenging”!! Quite an achievement to get a nervous patient to this point! 😀. Thank you everybody for making such an unpleasant necessity as easy and painless as possible.

Excellent service, quality, and value for money. There are cheaper places sure, but the peace of mind I get from using this practice is invaluable. Over a 3 year period I have extracted a tooth, straightened my teeth with invisalign, whitened my teeth, and replaced the missing tooth with an implant. All work was professional and fully explained to me, at all times final decisions resting with me. Now not only do I smile with my teeth more, but I can eat & bite evenly. Shout out to Ben Kemsley who is fantastic.

All the staff at Goldsworth road dental practice are always welcoming and kind. I wanted to say a particular thank you to Dr Joy and his microscope ‘Barbara’!! Dr Joy was wonderfully reassuring and patient with my very problematic root canal problem (assisted by Barbara and Dr Joys nurse Vicky!) It has been a difficult month with toothache and anxiety that things weren’t settling, but I’m pleased to say that all seems well now and I am very grateful. My dad recently had a filling treatment with Lisa, followed by an implant procedure with Ben, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the care he received. Both Lisa and Ben are outstanding dentists—extremely patient, kind, and particularly attentive to elderly patients. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from treatment options to each step of the procedures, which really helped put my dad at ease. Thanks to their expertise, he had a completely painless experience despite initially feeling quite nervous.
The supporting team was equally fantastic. Hygienist Sarah and nurse Vicki did a thorough and detailed job while ensuring everything was done painlessly and comfortably. A special thanks to Haley from the reception team—she went above and beyond to find an earlier appointment slot with Ben, which made a huge difference. Without her help, we might have had to go elsewhere!

I had been suffering with bad tooth pain for a couple of weeks hoping it would just go and as I knew I had a check up booked waited until then. My very kind and patient dentist Ben was very gentle when checking the tooth and taking an X-Ray and advised me of my options, root canal treatment and a crown or an extraction as my tooth was cracked through the middle. I am a very anxious patient and was a little upset as it was not the news I wanted as it was a large back tooth.
I opted for an extraction which I had this morning and it was painless and very quick. Ben was amazing talked through everything and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I cannot recommend Ben enough for any treatment.
Everyone at the dental surgery are so welcoming and caring and always take the time to make sure you are ok and don’t have any questions. Hayley was brilliant from my check up through to my treatment today, she always goes the extra mile offering support and pre and after care.

My wife and I had our first appointment at the surgery after nearly two years, and the experience was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention the hygienist, Vicky, who was fantastic during my appointment.
My wife is a very nervous patient, but Nurse Buduna went above and beyond to help her feel calm and at ease during her appointment with the dentist.
